Cold Connections in Metal Clay
When working with metal clay, one of the biggest challenges is to have inclusions in your pieces that won’t withstand the heat of firing. Whether that’s a stone, polymer clay, or something that is sentimental – it’s disappointing if you’re not able to use these things in the jewellery you want to make. In this presentation I will cover 3 methods of cold connection which can be used easily in your metal clay creations.

Emma Gordon has been working professionally with Silver Clay for 16 years. It started as a hobby and grew arms and legs until she decided to create a business working with this amazing medium.
She owns Silver Clay School which was one of the first places to offer progressive online courses to the Silver Clay artist. She has taught people from all over the world from her little purpose built studio based in Scotland.
